Delete your Aarog Health Records account

This page lets you ask AVDAUSON HEALTHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the developer of the Aarog Health Records app, to delete your Aarog account and the data linked to it — even if you no longer have the app installed.
Settings > Account > Delete account.Request deletion here
Enter your registered mobile number, tap "Send OTP", enter the OTP you receive, tick the confirmation box and tap "Delete my account".
Before you delete
Please download any records you want to keep, using Settings > Privacy > Export in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — please cancel it in the store first.
What we delete
Within 30 days we erase your account, health records, AI results, reminders, Medical ID, emergency contacts and the family profiles that only you manage, revoke all shared links and QR codes, and instruct our service providers to delete their copies. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
What we keep
Only what the law requires: invoices and payment records (8 financial years), security logs (1 year), and consent and grievance records (3 years). These are kept securely and used for nothing else.
